About the Condo Unit

The Condo is approximately 350 s/f of living area.  The main room is a combination living room/dining room/bedroom and kitchen with a full bathroom, linen closet and clothes closet.  The main room has a queen-size murphy bed that is easy to open and close and a sleeper-sofa to sleep a 3rd and 4th person.  The kitchen area has granite counter tops with a double sink, a four-burner stove and oven, coffee maker, a microwave, and full size refrigerator/freezer.  There is a flat screen TV with cable services.  You will find our vacation home very comfortable.  It is a great get-away for 2 people (since it is only a 1 room condo) and will sleep 4 people.

The following pictures should give you a good idea of the comfort of the condo.  It is cozy but very well laid out and spacious.

The two closets offer plenty of space for all you need when staying at the beach.	The bathroom is a nice size - with everything that is important.	There is even a window to give natural light.	The shower is a full size with plenty of room.
