About the Condo Unit

The Condo is approximately 325 s/f of living area.  The main room is a combination living room/dining room/bedroom and kitchen with a full bathroom, linen closet and clothes closet.  The main room has a queen-size murphy bed that is easy to open and close and a sofa for relaxing.  The kitchen area has granite counter tops with a double sink, a two-burner stove top, coffee maker, a microwave, and full size refrigerator/freezer.  There is a flat screen TV with cable services.  You will find our vacation home very comfortable.  It is a great get-away for 2 people.

The following pictures should give you a good idea of the comfort of the condo.  It is cozy but very well laid out and spacious.

The living area has a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs and 40 inch Smart TV.		The murphy bed is built into a nice cabinet and looks good when closed.
The Murphy bed is queen size and opens with room to walk around it.		The Kitchenette has microwave and 2 burner cooktop.
The two closets offer plenty of space for all you need when staying at the beach.	The bathroom is a nice size - with everything that is important.	The shower is a full size with plenty of roo.	The hallway looks out to the intercoastal waterway.
